tazas de berros limpios y desinfectados&lt;br /&gt;2 tazas de lechuga troceada y desinfectada&lt;br /&gt;1 taza de germen de alfalfa&lt;br /&gt;½ cebolla morada en plumas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Carnitas de atún:&lt;br /&gt;2 tomates rojos en rodajas&lt;br /&gt;¼ cucharadita de sal&lt;br /&gt;¼ cucharadita de pimienta&lt;br /&gt;Hojas de albahaca para decorar &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Procedimiento:&lt;br /&gt;Calienta el aceite en un sartén profundo o en una cacerola y fríe las carnitas de atún hasta que estén bien doradas. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para la vinagreta: mezcla el limón con sal y pimienta, agrega el aceite de oliva poco a poco emulsionando con un batidor globo para que todo quede bien integrado. Es decir calienta el agua hasta llegar a ebullición, agrega la sal y cocina las papas y zanahorias solo un par de minutos para que queden ligeramente blandas.&lt;br /&gt;Salpimenta las pechugas de pollo y cocina en aceite de oliva. Corta en cubos chicos y reserva.&lt;br /&gt;En un tazón mediano mezcla los chícharos, mayonesa y salsa inglesa.&lt;br /&gt;Cuando los vegetales estén cocidos, pásalos a un tazón de agua con hielo para detener la cocción. Sácalos en cuanto se enfríen y escúrrelos.&lt;br /&gt;Mezcla en el tazón de la mayonesa la papa y zanahoria, agrega los cubos de pollo e incorpora perfectamente. Ajo, tomate deshidratado, las hojas de jamaica y perejil.&lt;br /&gt;Una vez cocida la pasta pásala directamente con una cuchara al tazón de la ensalada, dejando un poco de líquido pues esto ayudara a que se derrita el queso. Mezcla la pasta con el queso de cabra y el parmesano. pescado y corte en trozos, colocar en un refractario grande agregue sal, en un sartén ponga un poco de aceite o manteca y ponga a freír los ajos añada la cebolla, perejil, jitomates, chile, todo picado previamente freír a fuego lento por 10 minutos.
